A minimum of one full room design is required. (This can be either a full room remodel or a full room of furnishings/styling or a combo of both) If you do not need a full room completed and need help working around existing items in the home, reach out and inquire about Designer for the Day. 

Every project is unique, so timelines can vary depending on the scope of work, the size of your home, and whether we're handling renovations, furnishings, or both.
That said, most full-service design projects take anywhere from 4 to 6 months, while larger remodels or more custom builds can take 6 to 12 months (or more) from start to final install.  We give you a projected timeline during the Design Presentation phase—and throughout the entire process, we keep you in the loop with regular updates and realistic expectations.  Our goal is always to keep things moving smoothly while making sure every detail is thoughtfully handled.

From day one, our focus is on building a strong, collaborative relationship with you. We believe the best designs come from truly understanding our clients—not just their style, but how they live and what makes them feel at home.  Throughout the process, we have intentional conversations, take detailed notes, and really listen. You'll also complete a comprehensive design questionnaire (don’t worry—it’s nothing intimidating, and can definitely be tackled with a glass of wine in hand!) that helps us get to the heart of what you love, what you don’t, and how you want your home to feel.  Before we begin sourcing any specific pieces, we’ll present a conceptual design to align on the overall direction. This step ensures we're all on the same page and sets the tone for a design that reflects you—comfortably elevated and beautifully cohesive.

We completely understand that entrusting someone with your home is a big deal—and we take that responsibility seriously. Our process is designed to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.  Before we ever present a design plan, we spend time getting to know you, your style, and how you live. From inspiration images to our detailed questionnaire and conversations, we gather all the pieces we need to create something that feels like you—elevated, personal, and functional.

That said, if something doesn’t feel quite right when we present your design, no worries! Our full-service design includes one round of revisions, so we can fine-tune things to make sure everything feels just right before moving forward.

We totally understand the excitement of finding something beautiful while you’re out and about! That said, our designs are thoughtfully curated from start to finish to ensure everything works together seamlessly—scale, color, texture, and function included.  Because of that, we typically don’t incorporate outside items that weren’t selected as part of the design plan. This allows us to maintain the overall integrity of the design and deliver the elevated, cohesive result you’re trusting us to create.
Of course, if there’s a meaningful piece you already own or want to include from the start, we’ll absolutely take that into account during the early design phases.

While it may seem fun to pick furniture in person, the truth is that most of the vendors we work with are to-the-trade only and don’t always have local showrooms available to the public. Because of that, we handle the sourcing and selection behind the scenes.

The good news? You’re not missing out. We attend multiple furniture markets and meet directly with our vendors to sit test pieces, review fabric and finish options, and ensure the quality meets our standards. We're constantly touching, feeling, and learning about the pieces we bring into our designs—so you don’t have to.

This allows us to curate selections that are not only beautiful and high-quality, but also tailored specifically to your space and lifestyle.
